She represents family members who are seeking guardianship of a loved one, including guardianships of adults and minors and guardianships for special needs adults. Hollye can provide knowledgeable advice in the creation of a will, naming legal guardianship, Medicaid considerations, education opportunities, and the creation of a special needs trust. She also represents clients in contested and litigated matters relating to guardianships. Hollye is certified by the state of Texas to serve as guardian ad litem or attorney ad litem in cases where such representation is needed.
  • Fiduciary Litigation – Contested matters including Trust & Estate Disputes –Hollye represents executors, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in estate litigation, as well as trustees and beneficiaries in the trust context. She handles sophisticated fiduciary litigation involving sensitive matters, such as breach of fiduciary duties, conflicts of interest, undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity, and other matters relating to contested issues involved in the administration of estates and trusts and the transfer of wealth from a decedent to heirs and beneficiaries.
  • Trust litigation- Hollye represents trustees and beneficiaries in actions brought to pursue trust modifications or in termination proceedings, as well as removal actions and suits seeking accountings.
  • Estate and Gift Tax Planning – Planning and preparation of sophisticated estate and gift planning tools including: Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, and more.
  • Post-death Trust Administration Matters – Including the representation of individuals and trust departments in estate and trust administration matters, and more.
  • Business Succession Planning – Preparation of Buy-Sell Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, and more.
  • Business Entity Formation – Preparation and structuring of Corporations, S Corporations, and more.
  • Business Contracts – Stock Purchase Contracts, Employment Contracts, and more.
  • Real Estate Matters – Contracts of Purchase, Promissory Notes, and more.
  • Oil and Gas Matters – Review of Oil and Gas Leases and related agreements, and more.

Biography

For fun, Hollye is a sports junkie. She loves to run, play tennis, golf, and ski in both water and snow. She also loves to watch college and professional football.

Hollye’s greatest project/accomplishments are her four children. Her most prevalent, on-going goal is raising four motivated and well-adjusted children in a Godly home.
