Biography
Born and raised in south Mississippi, "Joe" got to Texas as fast as he could. After graduating from Baylor University School of Law, he followed his wife, a fellow Amarillo attorney herself, to Amarillo. Joseph enjoys eating Cajun food, cheering on his Baylor Bears and Ole Miss Rebels, and spending time with friends and family.
